EEEEeeeeeeeK.....
bony fingers,
bony legs,
bony chest,
there's a SKELETON in the room!
it wasn't there this morning!
but then I decided it was time to crack open my bin of Halloween treats.
Well, one thing led to another and before I knew it......the ghoulish creative side of me had taken over. I'm not finished yet, but here's what ended up on my table this afternoon.I love these vintage tonic bottles. They are originals from my husband's grandfather's pharmacy shelf in Canton, Mississippi.
This decoration is in remembrance of my dad who always called me, my sister and our daughter's Punkin Heads! And his smile was as big as this punkin heads.
So our home is slowly evolving into a den of Haunted Halloween goblins and ghouls. I LOVE IT! There are so many fun Halloween decorations that I have to slap myself to stop buying all of it.
Honestly, I would buy those life-size monsters if I had the money. Wouldn't that be a hoot to have one of those at the front door! And that scary Halloween music.....that will put some chilly bumps on your arms.
Anywho...tomorrow I am running out to pick-up just a few tiny items to complete my Halloween decor. Meanwhile, hope everyone had a good week and has something fun planned for this weekend. (We do. We are invited to a dinner party and we are to be there at 5pm sharp with 4-$5.00 bills per couple....then who knows what after that???? I'll let you know)
Here's a little something to put a smile on your face and get those Halloween juices flowing:
Q. What do goblins and ghosts drink when they're hot and thirsty on Halloween? A. Ghoul-aid!!!
XOXO NANCY
